Remodels & Renovations
Due to the varying complexity with these projects, all remodels and renovations will be priced on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a free quote!
What's Included?
In addition to a free virtual walk-thru, all designs include site plan, general notes, floor plan with notes and dimensions, foundation plan, roof framing plan, elevations, sections, details, mechanical plans with Manual J load calculations, electrical plans with load calculations and panel schedule, plumbing plan with fixture calculations, and REScheck for IECC compliance. All of which are required items for city and county plan reviews.
